SENATE COMMITTEE APPROVES LIVABLE COMMUNITIES LEGISLATION

The Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee has passed the Livable Communities bill (S. 1619) for full Senate consideration. It is believed to be the first major legislation to include healthy housing provisions.
